Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer using Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster loyalty.
- Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders.
- Ensure product merchandising at the front end meets visual standards.
- Maintain the front end, entrance, and exterior of the store.
- Ensure front end operations, store standards, and company programs meet expectations.
- Assist in developing, evaluating, and supervising front end Associates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods and work safely.
