The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The role involves leading a sales team passionate about selling merchandise and providing excellent customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build loyalty.
- Resolve customer service issues, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders.
- Ensure product merchandising meets visual standards.
- Maintain the front end, entrance, and exterior of the store.
- Ensure store operations, standards, and company programs meet expectations.
- Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front end Associates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods and work safely.
