We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our customer services team. This role ensures smooth and efficient airport operations while delivering exceptional customer service to passengers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Employee is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team/area on a designated account and/or on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met.

Compensation: $51,000 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

• Achieve operational performance and service goals.
• Aid front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
