Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, primarily indoors with some outdoor duties. You will assess customers’ storage needs, propose solutions, and assist with selling packing supplies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Daily tasks include inspecting units for inventory and readiness, reconciling cash drawers, and handling deposits. You will help keep customer payments current, with reminder and collection calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and make product suggestions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
