Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work across multiple locations in Kentucky. The role involves independently managing properties, assessing customer storage needs, and selling packing supplies.

You will conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and help keep customer accounts current with payments. The position offers flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), with benefits and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
