Job summary

Public Storage in California is seeking a Property Manager who will work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside to serve customers and assess storage needs.

You will inspect units daily, suggest packing and moving supplies, handle cash drawers and deposits, and help keep customer accounts current while travelling between properties with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food)

Responsibilities

• Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
