Job summary

Dollar Tree in Warrington, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, stock shelves, and help unload trucks as needed.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and prior retail or service experience is valued. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand long hours, and interact professionally with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prev. retail/service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and endure walking, standing, bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash
• Other duties as assigned
