Qualifications

• Handle phone inquiries from a variety of customers and contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to type at least 70 words per minute.
• Interest in the company’s LED lighting products.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Managers, Regional Sales Representatives, Order Processing Associates, and Agents to support revenue growth from existing accounts
• Assist with day-to-day distributor and agent communications and relationships
• Support cross-functional needs, including returned goods (RGA), order processing, and inbound calls
• Maintain accurate customer and account data in Salesforce
• Build professional relationships with key decision-makers across businesses of all sizes
