Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading manufacturer and distributor in Sauk Rapids, MN. This Temp-to-Hire role offers consistent, weekly pay and a first shift from 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Thursday.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting order fulfillment and shipment readiness. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand for long periods, and comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Capable of lifting 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to follow safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from shelves based on order forms.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure correct items are packed.
• Pack products securely with appropriate materials.
• Label and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
