Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Livonia, MI to handle inquiries, schedule pest control services, and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals. You will maintain detailed records and support technician communications to ensure timely follow-up and service completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience or conflict resolution.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule pest control services and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records by logging and managing customers, technician, and management communications within internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Monitor customer appointment schedules and proactively support appointment adherence and service completion.
