Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Remote

Join us at KinderCare Learning Companies as a Customer Service Specialist, supporting families and ensuring positive experiences across our centers and programs. This is a remote, full-time position within our Family Operations team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to families and partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide outstanding customer service to families, understanding their concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with organizational partners.
  3. Engage with families through personalized conversations via phone, chat, email, and social media.
  4. Document all interactions thoroughly in our ticketing system.
  5. Analyze and interpret caller situations to determine appropriate next steps.
  6. Share feedback and innovative ideas to improve family experiences and internal procedures.
  7. Collaborate with team members to resolve questions and concerns efficiently.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Previous remote call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
