Reports to: BeHive Team Leader (Call Center Leader)
BeMobile is now hiring a BeHive Specialist for our BeHive (Call Center) department. This position is critical for driving traffic, customer outreach, customer service and supporting the retail BeMobile stores.
Must have Verizon Wireless experience. 1 year experience is must have.
This is a work from home position with some geographical restrictions.
Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:
Inbound Customer Support: The BeHive Specialist must effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints while providing solutions or escalating issues as needed through our different communication mediums (inbound and digital communication). You must also establish and maintain positive customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Outbound Customer Outreach Completion and Execution: You must be able to complete a Sales Process while initiating calls to prospects and existing customers to present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and close sales. You must be able to stay organized in scheduling and executing follow up for customers who have shown interest but have not yet ordered. You must work toward exceeding monthly targets to help yourself and your team achieve goals.
Lead Development, Generation, and Processing: You must manufacture and maintain leads from different campaigns and keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales orders. To ensure accuracy, you must enter and update all necessary information in our communication platforms.
Professional Communication Across All Mediums: The BeHive Specialist must be able to communicate and collaborate with their team and support BeMobile locations to hit targets and work to improve customer experiences. You must share insights and feedback on customer issues and foresee trends with the customer experience.
Exceed Customer Expectations: You must exceed all customer expectations by overdelivering on issue resolutions, following up on necessary interactions, and finding ways to make our customers' lives easier or better. This includes sales quantity and quality, customer outreach, and customer interactions.
