Job summary

A large produce distributor in Austin is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative. You'll resolve customer issues, handle inquiries, and provide excellent service. Candidates should have strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a high school diploma. This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance and 401(k). Availability for weekends is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding orders and inquiries.
• Handle customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide excellent customer service aiming for first call resolution.
• Facilitate communication among various stakeholders.
