Lakes Gas Co. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our family-owned team serving communities across the Midwest. This role handles walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, delivering outstanding service while promoting our propane business.

You will maintain customer records, assist with billing, and coordinate with branch managers to schedule service. Strong computer skills and people skills are essential; prior gas/utility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers walking in, by phone, or via email.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager to schedule service work.
