Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Proficient data entry with high accuracy.
• Experience with web-based propane industry applications.
• Able to read, interpret, and process work orders, shipping papers, invoices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers walk-in, phone, or email.
• Coordinate service work with Branch Manager.
• Close sales on inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Solicit and collect payments on past due invoices.
• Handle cash and credit card activities and reconcile accounts.
• Process branch mail and banking deposits.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reporting and monitor due dates.
• Monitor and order office supplies and forms.
