Responsabilités

• Customer Service - provide excellent service to university press customers, greet walk-ins, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Order Fulfillment - process orders via multiple channels, manage invoices, and coordinate with warehouse.
• Administrative Tasks - sort mail, verify data, and assist with inventories and record-keeping.
