Lowe's in Newnan, GA seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will engage with shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience throughout the store.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Preferred: 6 months of retail/customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf space and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
