Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience at our store in Middletown, Ohio. You will assist with merchandise selection, loading, and checkout while providing friendly service.

Daily tasks include helping customers across departments, stocking, and supporting other team members as needed. This is a part-time role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
