Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate a Windows-based and Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and/or distance; propose alternative routes when needed.
• Use listening and probing skills to identify customer concerns and determine needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
