Job summary

Store Supply Warehouse LLC in Bridgeton, MO is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Full Time) to be the main contact for customer questions and concerns. You will handle inbound calls, enter orders, and maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

You will engage customers via phone, email, and chat, build relationships, and support outbound outreach to introduce our products. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience of one year or more in a call center preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Computer literate, proficient in data entry and typing.
• Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action when necessary.
• Experience with outbound sales/telemarketing a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required.

• Provide an excellent customer experience through phone, email, and chat by addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively engage potential customers through outbound calls and emails to introduce Store Supply Warehouse.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up to date with SSW product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
