Job summary

Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide inbound support for our financial services customers. This in-office role runs 11:00 a.m.

to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and focuses on accurate account maintenance and clear, compliant communications. You will answer calls and emails, guide customers through enrollment inquiries, explain plan rules, and collaborate with the Success Team to resolve questions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone and email inquiries from customers.
• Process account maintenance and financial transactions.
• Assist potential customers with enrollment inquiries.
• Understand and explain complex rules and regulations of each plan to customer(s).
• Research and respond to financial inquiries for customers, managers, and client Success Team members.
• Periodically have input into process improvements and/or new projects to improve overall quality and processing efficiency.
• Provide the highest level of service to customers and clients to meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLA).
• Other Duties as assigned.

Summary: Positioned

in a call center environment, provide inbound service to multiple prepaid and investment customers and process transactions as needed.

This is an in-office position. The hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements
