You will provide telephone support, manage inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships while handling a range of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
• Comfortable handling customer inquiries and processing routine orders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with routine orders, order placements, and service-related inquiries.
• Provide prompt, professional, and accessible telephone support to customers.
• Communicate order details, updates, and relevant information clearly and accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and help resolve routine service-related concerns.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Welcome visitors, answer the front door, and provide courteous front-office assistance.
• Use computers, fax machines, and telephone systems to complete daily administrative and customer service tasks.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through professional and responsive communication.
• Manage daily responsibilities efficiently while adapting to changing workloads.
• Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
