Joyce Manufacturing in Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Representative for residential building products. You will be a primary contact for dealers and home improvement companies, handling warranty and service inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or related setting, with strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or construction is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond professionally and promptly.
• Process warranty and service requests using FeneVision.
• Help customers with troubleshooting guidance.
• Coordinate with Field Service, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Management to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation; support department goals.
