Job summary

Joyce Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support dealers and home improvement companies with warranty and non-warranty inquiries. You will process requests, coordinate with internal teams, and help resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and committed to delivering outstanding service. This is a full-time role reporting to Headquarters, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible start/end times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally.
• Experience with data entry and documentation management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and timely.
• Process warranty and service requests using FeneVision.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and guidance.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Enter data and maintain accurate records.
• Support departmental goals and perform other duties as assigned.
