Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products and services for home improvement.

You will interact with shoppers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met in a fast-paced retail setting. Daily responsibilities include stocking, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other areas to improve customer service
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
