Agri-Cover, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Jamestown, ND. The role involves assisting customers with questions about products and orders, processing orders, quoting pricing and availability, and handling warranty inquiries.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, coordinating with dealers and end users, and updating supervisors on issues. The position emphasizes accuracy and attentive service in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry tasks related to orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming calls from Dealers and End Users and converts them into Dealer or direct sales.
• Quotes pricing and availability of product to Dealers and End Users.
• Processes orders.
• Handles questions concerning warranty, products, and shipping; refers questions to Supervisor if needed.
• Responds to voicemail messages and email correspondence.
• Keeps Supervisor updated with relevant issues and duties.
• Implements improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
