Job description

This is a remote position available in AL, FL, GA, ME, MD, MS, NC, PA, VA, TX. Please check back later for other locations.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product selection, order questions, and more.
  2. Use active listening to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
  3. Make interactions easy for customers, removing burdens and building confidence.
  4. Coordinate with departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  5. Meet performance metrics and set professional growth goals.
  6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  7. Identify opportunities for upselling and problem-solving to enhance customer experience.
  8. Stay informed on products, promotions, and industry trends.
  9. Support company growth through various projects and tasks.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communicator and empathetic listener.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and adaptable.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with technology, including Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

Requirements:

Physical: Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, communicate effectively, and perform repetitive tasks.

Technical: High-speed internet, dedicated home office, Windows 10 or higher, monitor, webcam, wired network, USB headset, and a smartphone for multi-factor authentication.
