Job summary

Hassan & Sons Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Salinas, CA. You will support daily store operations, handle cashiering, maintain store presentation, ensure food and beverage quality, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for all customers.

Greet buyers, process transactions, and promote current promotions with a friendly, professional attitude. As face of the store, you will provide product knowledge, accurate service, and contribute to high Mystery Shop scores

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
CPR and First Aid training a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout.
Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service with every interaction to achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicate current promotions and product recommendations to engage customers.

Operate the POS system for all transactions and ensure accurate receipts.
