We’re a small but passionate team committed to making outdoor exploration more accessible, flexible, and fun. What We're Looking For:


We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Outdoor Roadie team — fully remote!



  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Experience with outdoor gear, vehicle-based travel, or overlanding is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and tools like Zendesk or Gorgias.


Roles and Responsibilities:


As a Customer Service Specialist at Outdoor Roadie, you’ll be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. Whether it's answering questions about roof tent setups or resolving post-purchase concerns, your role is essential in creating a seamless and welcoming customer journey.



  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries about products, delivery, warranties, and technical use.
  • Guide customers through product decisions with genuine enthusiasm and confidence.
  • Monitor and track customer issues, escalating where necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Gather feedback and report trends to help refine our products and services.
  • Help maintain and improve our FAQ and support documentation for self-service.


We encourage all new team members to familiarize themselves with our products, values, and customer base so they can confidently speak the language of adventure.

Job Details:


  • Full-time: 5 days a week (including occasional weekends), 8-hour shifts.
