Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Port Orange, FL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support in-office operations, answer calls, greet visitors, and manage clerical tasks in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. The role requires some college, medical office experience including check-in/check-out, and familiarity with Availity, UnitedHealthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds.

This is an in-office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM position with opportunities for professional development and growth

Qualifications

• Some college education required.
• One year of medical office experience (check-in/check-out) and answering phones.
• Prior authorization experience with Availity, UnitedHealthcare portal and CoverMyMeds.
• Ability to work in a high-call environment.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and handle clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate associate or voicemail.
• Greet and assist company guests and visitors.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and publications.
• Sign for and distribute package deliveries.
• Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.

Location:

This position is based in Port Orange, FL and is an in-office opportunity. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
