Modern Builders Supply, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the sales team and handle order fulfillment. This role involves processing orders and proactively soliciting additional business from existing customers.

Additional Qualifications For a Customer Service Specialist Position Include

• Computer skills, including data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
• Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience
