To support our continued growth at RCT, we are looking for motivated team members to join our growing Customer Service Team. With a diverse portfolio of customers across an array of markets, communication skills are vital for this position.

RCT Customer Service is involved in all aspects of our transactions. Essential Functions include:

• Close Interaction with key RCT Partners & Team Members: Sales, Customers, Suppliers, Warehouses, Carriers
• Daily Management of Customer Purchase Orders
• Order responsibility to include bulk transactions as well as packaged warehouse transactions
• Daily Management of Supplier Purchase Orders
• Daily use of Chempax operating system
• Order responsibility to include bulk transactions as well as packaged warehouse transactions
• Customer Record Management – Pricing, Specifications, Requirements
• Cross Functional - Logistics & Supply Chain Support; Inventory Management Support
• Marketing Coordinator Support: Provide support in customer database management, trade show & event circuit and development of overall RCT marketing efforts
• Background in business to business and industrial customer service is desired. Logistic experience whether with trucking, rail or import is a plus. Basic accounting skills are also desired.
• Basic computer and common software skills with the ability to learn new software are important and fundamental. Expanded IT skills along with social media experience also a plus.
