Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Gillette, WY to process orders and quotations, and respond to internal and external customer inquiries. The role requires coordinating with Account Managers and tracking shipments, with readiness to read parts manuals and drawings.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret parts manuals and drawings.
• Knowledge and use of Computer and Microsoft Applications.
• CDK & SAP knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Strong attention to details to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Be able to work on-call, after hours.

Job Overview
