Job summary

Novonesis in Franklinton, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative Specialist to maintain and grow customer loyalty by coordinating deliveries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will be the main contact for Field Sales and help onboard new customers.

The role requires SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office proficiency, along with strong communication skills, prioritization ability, and willingness to travel for events and visits.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Science or Business preferred, with a minimum of one-year relevant experience.
• Ability to master SAP and Salesforce, and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, telephone, and virtual.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Willing to travel for team events and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage established Novonesis customers including updating customer master info in SAP.
• Process new customer orders and manage all open sales orders with timely updates.
• Serve as a point person for Field Sales on customer issues.
• Conduct new customer onboarding and handle complaints.
• Contribute ideas for improvement of procedures and systems.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Specialist is responsible for maintaining and increasing customer loyalty by delivering customer satisfaction by coordinating delivery of the right product, in the right package, with the right documentation, at the right time, in the right place, including domestic and export orders. The CSR plays a vital role in focusing our organization on the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Managing established Novonesis Customers including updating customer master info in SAP, maintaining NZ Market set up.
• Processing new customer orders.
• Managing all open sales orders including communicating changes or delays to customers and processing rush orders.
• Serving as “point person” for Field Sales on customer issues.
• Conducting new customer onboarding.
• Handling complaints and problem solving.
• Contributing ideas for improvement for current procedures and systems.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• BS or BA in Science or Business preferred, with a minimum of one-year relevant experience. May consider an associate degree plus three (3) years customer service or five (5) years of customer service experience in a technical company with no degree.
• Ability to master Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Salesforce) software, Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, telephone, and virtual.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Visual acuity, motor skills and manual dexterity to perform key responsibilities of job.
• Willing to travel as needed for team events, as well as customer visits.

Location: Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)

Expected Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000
