• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment.
• Communicate with production, sales, and customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and tracking information.
• Provide timely updates and support throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems.
