Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Customer Service Specialist at Insurance World Agency. You will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, assisting with insurance documentation, client communications, data entry, and coordinating internal processes to ensure efficient workflow. A professional phone manner, strong clerical skills, and a commitment to excellent service are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to agents and management teams
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and promptly
  • Assist with client onboarding and document management, including creating Certificates of Insurance and billing follow-ups
  • Support audit preparations and assist in workers’ compensation filings on behalf of our clients
  • Manage scheduling, office communications, filing systems, and supply inventory
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive client and policy information
  • Assist with basic billing and accounting tasks when needed
  • Handle Certificate of Insurance Requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
