Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude (Previous customer service, cashiering, or administrative experience is preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Drive dealership shuttle vehicles to transport customers to and from designated locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Process customer payments and perform cashiering duties accurately.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
• Assist service advisors and management with various departmental needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
