Oro Ford is seeking a Service Shuttle Driver to support our Service Department. You will transport customers safely between the dealership and homes or workplaces, while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role is full-time and requires a valid driver's license, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude. You will join a team that values reliability, punctuality, and safe driving in a busy automotive environment.

Responsibilities

Job Posting: Automotive Dealership Service Shuttle Driver

Position: Service Shuttle Driver Department: Service Department Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Service Manager / Service Director

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transporting dealership customers to and from designated destinations, including homes, workplaces, and nearby locations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.
• Maintain an organized shuttle schedule and coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs with the Service Department.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs and scheduling changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle, both inside and out.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of shuttle trips, mileage, and fuel usage as required.
• Assist the Service Department with additional duties when needed.
