Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who will work independently across multiple locations. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, and maintaining customer payment status with reminders. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement available.

• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between different work locations (mileage reimbursement available).

• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Our property managers should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
