Performance bonuses for Property Managers

Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness
• Manage cash drawers and bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or service industries preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
