Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding service reminders, maintenance and follow-up opportunities.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Follow up with customers on declined services and recommended maintenance.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
• Work closely with service advisors and dealership team to maximize appointment opportunities.
