You will respond to inquiries, quote customers, track orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with Copper CRM, NetSuite ERP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales support, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.
• Experience with Copper CRM.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders and generate accurate quotes.
• Track and manage open orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing).
• Conduct product research to support customer needs.
• Handle returns, freight claims, and warranty or repair issues.
• Support Account Managers in maintaining and growing customer relationships.
