Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Available to work 7:00am start time.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Kick off our day! Connect with our teams and set them up for a successful day; manage and monitor teams’ performance through scheduling.
• Grow and retain customers: answer calls and book estimates and cleans for customers; celebrate milestones as a team.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, professional manner, show care for their home.
• Jump in: return calls, respond to complaints, and contribute to the team culture.
