Job summary

The Home Depot in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking Customer Service/Sales associates to deliver fast, friendly service by actively helping customers find what they need and learn about products. You will greet, qualify, recommend and close sales while ensuring in-stock, clean, and safe departments.

Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and colleagues across departments to maintain a safe shopping environment and uphold safety policies and training standard.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide assistance.
• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to help sell an entire project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas, and keep them clean, shop-able and safe.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training; correct hazards or report unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Work in cooperation with the Department Supervisor and other associates across departments.
