Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative in Milwaukie, OR. This full-time role offers a guaranteed wage of $20.25 per hour and up to $25 per hour based on experience, with weekly bonuses that can push pay to about $1,000 per week.

You’ll use a proven sales process to hit weekly/monthly targets. Benefits include paid training, warm leads, a company car during the workday, advancement opportunities, and a stable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services — Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone
• Grow and retain customers — Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates and cleans for our valued customers
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner — Show them you care about their home; make a connection and you’ll win
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales — We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the estimator
• Promote our culture and team — Embrace our culture of teamwork and let your positive attitude energize the team
• Customer Satisfaction — Cheerfully resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

• Spanish speaking required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
