Job summary
Waterway Gas & Wash Company is hiring Customer Service Associates for our brand new Aurora location. You will engage customers at the car wash tunnel entrance, gas pumps, and inside the retail store, delivering friendly service and promoting memberships and other offerings.

Qualifications
- Friendly and engaging attitude.
- No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance as per policy.
- Compliance with local/state health code requirements for soda fountain and food service/sales; applicable age rules.
- Ability to complete required trainings/certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, timely customer service at the store, pumps, and tunnel entrance.
- Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional options to reach sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment and monitor inventory.
