Job summary

Waterway Carwash is hiring Customer Service Associates at our brand new North Aurora location. You will engage with customers at the car wash tunnel entrance, gas pumps, and inside the retail store, selling car wash services, memberships, and retail items.

Expect rotating outdoor/indoor duties, with structured training and growth opportunities. We offer flexible shifts, a team-focused culture, and perks including free car washes, discounts, and tuition assistance up to $10k per year.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and engaging! A positive attitude and a will to succeed.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers.
• Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment for a positive customer visit.
• Keep store merchandise stocked and organized, and take inventory as directed by management.
• Maintain POS transaction accuracy and use payment terminals and tablets as needed.
