Job summary

Waterway Gas & Wash Company is hiring Customer Service Associates at our Northbrook location. You will engage customers at the carwash tunnel entrance, gas pumps, and in-store, selling car wash services, memberships, and retail items.

Flexible daytime/evening/weekend shifts, a supportive team, and structured training are offered. Average pay is $20/hour with up to $5/hour sales bonus, plus tuition assistance up to $4k/year.

Qualifications

• Friendly and engaging attitude; no experience required, sales experience helpful.
• Current and valid driver’s license and professional demeanor per policy.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely; comply with local health/sales requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the store, pumps, and tunnel entrance.
• Promote car wash services, memberships, and add-on options to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and organized merchandise displays.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and ensure cash drawer integrity.
• Follow Waterway safety policies and store procedures.
