Waterway Carwash is hiring Customer Service Associates at our Kirkwood location. You will engage with customers at the carwash tunnel entrance, gas pumps, or in the retail store, selling car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and retail items.

Qualifications

• Friendly and engaging attitude; positive outlook and willingness to succeed.
• No experience required; experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance per company policy.
• Ability to perform essential functions safely and comply with health code requirements.
• Meet local age requirements for tobacco and alcohol sales where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a positive experience.
• Greet customers entering the store, pay terminal area, or fuel pumps and respond to their needs.
• Present and sell car wash services, memberships, and retail options to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment including outside pump islands and inside stores.
• Keep merchandise stocked, display areas clean, and manage inventory as directed.
• Operate POS systems and ensure transaction integrity.
• Follow Waterway policies and safety instructions.
