Qualifications

• Experience handling quotes, orders and customer inquiries.
• Proficient with NetSuite ERP and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day go-to service rep for KEY, Target and KEY-Sub customers.
• Process quotes, sales orders, and returns; manage leads and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Quality, Sourcing) to meet customer needs.
• Travel to customer locations for meetings and events as needed.
• Train and back up other team members; maintain accurate data in systems.
